This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for AmalERP, a cloud ERP and accounting product by Switcher Techno. By subscribing to AmalERP, you agree to this policy.

Free trial

AmalERP offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial is never charged. You only pay if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.

7-day money-back window

When you subscribe to a paid plan after your trial, you get a 7-day evaluation and refund window starting on the date of your first payment. If AmalERP is not the right fit during these 7 days, you can request a full refund of that payment — no questions asked.

After the 7-day window

Once the 7-day window has passed, all payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes unused time on an annual subscription, additional users, additional branches and add-on modules. Subscriptions are billed annually and are not pro-rated or refunded for cancellation after the window.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.

Plans & billing

AmalERP plans start at Rs 2,500/mo, billed annually. You can review current pricing on our pricing page. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
